That is expected. Every technical question in the brief has a "Not sure? Let Ranjeet decide" option. Answer only what you know; sensible professional defaults cover the rest, and each decision is noted in your portal so you can see what was chosen and why.

Can I upload voice notes and videos?

Yes. The last step of every brief is an attachments zone: voice recordings, video walkthroughs, screenshots, moodboards, documents, and reference links are all welcome.

Can I pay from outside India?

Prices use USD as the calculation base and display in your detected or selected currency. The order locks that settlement currency and Razorpay charges the same currency.

What happens right after payment?

Your private client portal is available after the order is recorded. It shows the brief and payment-pending status immediately; milestones and the delivery countdown begin only after payment verification and kickoff.

Can I request changes during the build?

Yes. The written scope states the included review or revision allowance. The portal records change requests, and work outside the agreed boundary receives a revised quote before it starts.

Your brief, files, and chat require an authenticated account. They are available to you and authorised master or assigned staff accounts needed to deliver the project. Retention and confidentiality terms should be confirmed in the written agreement.
