Website and app development FAQ, answered before you pay.

No. Choose a website, app, or SEO package, then either pay securely first or send your brief first; both routes work. Describe the requirement in one plain-language text box or use the relevant one-page structured brief. You can also finish it later from your client portal and chat with Ranjeet there if anything is unclear.

Yes, that is expected. Every technical question in the brief has a "Not sure? Let Ranjeet decide" option. Answer only what you know; sensible professional defaults cover the rest, and each decision is noted in your portal so you can see what was chosen and why.

Yes. The last step of every brief is an attachments zone: voice recordings, video walkthroughs, screenshots, moodboards, documents, and reference links are all welcome.

Yes. CodingMarble is an India-based web design and app development studio that works remotely with clients abroad. Prices use USD as the calculation base and display in your detected or selected currency. India billing countries use Razorpay; every other confirmed billing country uses PayPal. The order locks the provider, amount, and settlement currency before checkout.

After payment is verified, the relevant requirement options open immediately if you have not already sent a brief: one plain-language text box or the product-specific one-page brief. The same pending brief remains in your private client portal until you submit it once.

Yes. The written scope states the included review or revision allowance. The portal records change requests, and work outside the agreed boundary receives a revised quote before it starts.

You do, on delivery and full payment. Handover includes the repository transfer, credentials, and documentation. The ownership terms are visible before you pay.

It depends on the package: standard website estimates run from 14 to 30 days and app estimates from 21 to 45 days. Each package carries a delivery estimate that becomes a written date on your order. The portal shows a live countdown and milestone progress, so you always know where the build stands.

Every website, ecommerce, app, and SEO package shows its starting price on the pricing page, in your detected or selected currency. The listed price covers the listed starting scope. If your brief requests materially different or additional work, the difference is explained in the private project chat and no extra work or charge proceeds without your written agreement.

Choose "Help me choose" before checkout — useful for a web application, customer portal, or custom CRM idea. If you already know the closest package, select it and explain the difference in your brief; any scope mismatch is clarified in your portal before production starts.

Your brief, files, and chat require an authenticated account. They are available to you and authorised master or assigned staff accounts needed to deliver the project. Retention and confidentiality terms should be confirmed in the written agreement.

Yes. The pending brief remains available in your client dashboard, including after verified payment. Submit it once when ready; the recorded version then locks so production starts from one clear requirement.
