Redesign cost
What decides how much a website redesign costs.
The word from in the package price is there for a reason. The starting figure covers five pages of an ordinary business website. Additional pages, rewriting content, new photography or moving to a different platform are each added in the written scope. A redesign that keeps the existing platform and content structure will sit at or near the starting price.
The state of the old site matters as well. A tidy WordPress site with current plugins is simple to work on. A site built on an abandoned theme, with no admin access or no backups, needs rescue work before design can begin. The audit at the start of each package exists to find this out before the price is confirmed.

Maintenance cost
How website maintenance charges are worked out.
Searches for website AMC charges or a per month rate assume maintenance is one product. It is really four: software updates for the platform and plugins, backups with a tested restore, monitoring for downtime and security problems, and small content or layout changes. A static site needs almost none of the first three. A WooCommerce store needs all four, often.

Maintenance task list
For upkeep quotes: exactly which updates, backups, checks and change requests are covered, how often, and for what period. Anything outside is quoted separately.
Access and ownership
Hosting, domain and admin logins stay in your name. Source code for redesigned work is handed over after final payment.
