Payment support
Open the order in your client portal and use payment recovery. It checks the server record and Razorpay mapping without asking you to pay again.
Send the order number and Razorpay payment reference through project chat. Never send a full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, bank password, or OTP. The recorded refund state and provider reference will appear against the order.
Use “Forgot password” on the login page. The reset code is delivered only to the verified account email.
