Cancellation & Refund Policy
Razorpay processes online payments after an order is recorded. Project-specific cancellation, milestone, and refund terms are confirmed in writing before payment.
Before payment verification
A payment-pending order can be cancelled by the master admin without representing that funds were received. No delivery countdown or billable work should begin in this state.
After payment verification
Refund eligibility depends on the written scope, project stage, work already completed, committed third-party costs, and applicable consumer law. A status marked “refunded” in the portal should correspond to an actual agreed payment reversal; it must not be used as a cosmetic status.
Duplicate or incorrect payments
If a Razorpay or manual payment appears duplicated, incorrectly attributed, or verified in error, contact the studio immediately through the client portal and include only the payment or transaction reference. Never post full card or banking credentials in chat.
How to request cancellation
Send the request through your client workspace with the order number and reason. The studio will reply with the project stage, recorded work, applicable written terms, and the next action.
