Effective 11 July 2026
Terms of Service
These website terms apply to accounts, guided briefs, order records, project workspaces, and communications. A project-specific written scope may add or replace commercial terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your password, and use only accounts you are authorised to access. The studio may suspend an account where security, misuse, non-payment, or legal concerns require it.
Briefs and orders
Submitting a brief creates a payment-pending order record; it is not proof of payment and does not by itself start work. Scope, tax, amount, dependencies, timeline, revision allowance, and ownership terms must be confirmed in writing before payment or kickoff.
Project lifecycle
Razorpay payments are verified against the provider order, captured amount, and currency. An authorised master admin may verify a referenced offline payment. After the required first payment is verified the project is queued, then explicitly moved into active work. Dates may depend on timely client content, feedback, approvals, and third-party access.
Client responsibilities
- Provide content and files you have the right to use.
- Review staged work and respond within the agreed timeline.
- Do not upload malicious files, secrets, card credentials, or unlawful material.
- Use delivered software in accordance with applicable law and third-party licences.
Intellectual property
Ownership, source-code handover, third-party assets, fonts, licences, and portfolio permissions are controlled by the project’s written scope. No marketing statement on this site overrides those written terms.
Availability and liability
The studio uses reasonable safeguards but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every third-party service will remain unchanged. Liability and warranty terms are governed by the written project agreement and applicable law.
